  1. Review lead and sources of exposure
  2. Examine causes, signs, and symptoms of lead poisoning  
  3.  Identify the effects of lead poisoning on children
  4. Discuss how providers can talk to parents and families about lead poisoning and prevention
  5. Discuss lead screening and reporting requirements
