This course is intended for all physicians including generalists, neurologists, intensivists, radiologists, and pathologists, RN's, PA's, NP's, RTT's, and various other members of the health care team

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Review characteristics of cerebellar stroke
  2. Define acute vestibular syndrome
  3. Compare common types of imaging used to diagnose stroke
  4. Explain reasons for misdiagnosis of cerebellar stroke
  5. Perform bedside exam to detect cerebellar stroke 
  6. Discuss application of bedside exam in the acute setting
