De-escalation Techniques for Health Care Providers

This course will provide an overview for pediatricians and pediatric specialists to learn De-escalation techniques and identify effective ways to respond.

  2. Discuss the relationship between self-awareness/self control in de-escalation 
  3. Identify ways the individual influence behaviors
  4. Identify effective ways to respond to 4 keys behaviors 
  5. Describe brief effective supportive interventions
