Doctors and Lawyers: The Quality of Admissible Evidence in a Medical-Legal Proceeding

This presentation will attempt to explain what the quality of admissible evidence is in a medical-legal proceeding. This presentation will also provide examples of health risks that would be cause for a medical-legal proceeding as well as explore methods that are used to gather evidence. The role of bias will be discussed by reviewing examples that show the perpetration of fraud and perversion of science.
