EBP Journal Club 2022: RQI
The purpose of the journal club is to engage nurses in learning about evidence-based practices and integrate those best practices into their clinical practice. The implementation of evidence-based practices will lead to improved patient outcomes. High quality CPR is critical for patient survival and hospital staff are required to be trained in CPR. This article describes the RQI program and its effect on performance and confidence.
Desired learning outcome
Using a Likert scale, after participating in this event, learners will have an increased knowledge of the benefits of a RQI program.
