  • Understand the basic screening for pulmonary hypertension and when to proceed with an invasive hemodynamic assessment.

  • Understanding the different intracardiac pressure waveforms, the normal intracardiac pressures, and their interpretation in the assessment of pulmonary hypertension patients

  • Understanding the possible artifacts that can be encountered while doing invasive hemodynamics 

  • Understanding the indications and value of invasive Vaso-reactivity testing. 

  • Discuss other indications for invasive hemodynamics.
