Target Audience

The program is aimed at psychiatrists, psychologists, social workers, nurses, and other allied health professionals who deal with mental health issues and addiction medicine.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Define Moral Injury and related concepts as they relate to healthcare providers 
  2. Describe characteristics of moral injury and the impact of moral injury
  3. Increase awareness of strategies to reduce negative impact of moral injury and burnout
