Motivational Interviewing (MI) Methods and Mastery: Power Lunch Series Recording: Vaccine Hesitancy
Recordings of facilitated 45-minute virtual presentations that includes care management patient cases, care manager’s use of MI skills, and question-and-answer opportunity with the following objective:
• Discuss applied MI skills within patient encounters such as difficult conversations, life-style changes, and patient engagement.
Desired learning outcome
Using a Likert scale, after participating in this event, the learners will have an increased knowledge in being able to integrate motivational interviewing skills into care management patient encounters/conversations.
