This session is part of the Neuroscience & Stroke Education Series.
In this module, we will be discussing accurate and complete documentation practices to support billed diagnosis for CMD related conditions such as cerebral palsy, sacroiliitis, paralysis as a late effects of stroke, and discover the Epic tools available to support your CMD work.

This course is intended for all physicians including generalists, neurologists, intensivists, radiologists, and pathologists, RN's, PA's, NP's, RTT's, and various other members of the health care team.
