Nuances in NIHSS Recorded Session

The National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale (NIHSS) is a tool that provides a quantitative measure of stroke-related neurologic deficit. In this session, you will develop an understanding of NIHSS, what it measures, it’s reliability and outcome, clinical utilization, and the nuances of using NIHSS as a clinical tool. The case studies discussed in the lecture will give you a better understanding using the NIHSS.
