Preceptor 2.0 is a monthly,  live, 3 hour advanced virtual class produced by the Advocate Aurora NEPD Team. Preceptor 2.0 is designed to engage you in advanced preceptor knowledge and resources, to support the experienced preceptor with actionable advanced skills, leading to decreased turnover rates, improved team member engagement and standardized onboarding of new team members.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for Nursing Professionals (RN, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)) and other interested healthcare professionals

At the end of this simulation, learners should be able to:

  1. Identify one actionable strategy to use in their role as a preceptor.
