Smart Chart Ambulatory Provider 100

In this course, participants will learn how to use basic Epic functionality, review the patient’s chart, document an office visit, and order entry. Additionally, participants will learn how to document on the problem lists and diagnosis.

Ambulatory physicians, residents, fellows, and advanced practice clinicians
