- Summarize thyroid hormone physiology and thyroid function testing
- List indications for thyroid ultrasound testing
- Describe subclinical hypothyroidism and its relationship to pregnancy and cardiac disease
- Discuss the role of thyroid ultrasound testing
- Identify practicalities and pitfalls of thyroid hormone replacement
