The purpose of the journal club is to engage nurses in learning about evidence-based practices and integrate those best practices into their clinical practice. The implementation of evidence-based practices will lead to improved patient outcomes. Learners will have to complete a post-test with 80% passing grade. The journal club will have offerings every two months.
