Advocate Aurora Health Team Members

Advocate Aurora Health team members with an Advocate Aurora email address should NOT create a new account. Please click Login at the top of the page and then click on your legacy organization to login.

If you do not have an Advocate Aurora email address and have not already created an account, please proceed with creating a new account.

Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians: To claim ACPE credit, your profile must include your specialty board (National Association of Boards of Pharmacy), your NABP e-profile ID, and your date of birth (MMDD). All of these are required (and need to be accurate) to submit continuing pharmacy education to CPE monitor.
If you are unsure of your NABP e-profile ID, you can confirm on the NABP website at https://nabp.pharmacy/ (copy and paste this URL into your browser). Note - this is a 6 to 7 digit number - it is not an email. Date of birth including month and day are required (the year you were born is not needed). For example, if birth date is March 30 - enter as: 0330

Physicians: Some programs available on this platform are certified to provide Maintenance of Certification (MOC) credit. To report MOC credit to your certifying Board, your profile must include your diplomate information including your Board(s), your unique Board ID number(s), and your date of birth. You may enter multiple Board(s). By completing the information below, you give permission for your diplomate information to be shared with the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) for the purpose of reporting educational credit to your certifying Board(s). This information (your certifying Board(s) and DOB) is being collected solely for the purpose of reporting completions to your certifying Board(s).
