Overall Objectives:

  1. Discover ethical framework to assist balancing competing issues and guide decision making
  2. Understand the ethical decision-making framework to ensure proper allocation of resources and adhere to processes and regulations
  3. Understand the role and responsibilities of the System Resources Allocation Team (SRAT) and of the Resource Triage Team (RTT)
  4. Recognize what resources and treatments are needed based on patient assessment and Advocate Aurora protocol
