The purpose of the Simulation Team Journal Club is to provide learners with Evidence Based Practices from scholarly journals with the intention of improving nursing practice and patient health outcomes.

Measured Outcome:

At the end of the presentation the participant should be able to: Demonstrate knowledge of each journal topic by passing the posttest with 80% or greater.
