Overview: Physician and Provider Wellness and the MEDtalks series have collaborated to bring you a live webinar helping clinicians to identify and define types of microaggressions, how they affect the wellness of clinical teams from physician to support staff, and their effect on patient outcomes. In addition, this series will share our Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives and why they are important professionally and personally.

Guest speaker will be Sheryl Heron, MD, MPH, FACEP, from Emory University. At Emory, Dr. Heron is the Professor and Vice-Chair of Faculty Equity, Engagement and Empowerment; the Assist. Dean of Clinical Education/Student Affairs and Assoc. Director for Education and Training in the Injury Prevention Research Center. In the open discussion segment our panelists will include Dr. Heron and our System VP, Erickajoy Daniels, Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer of Advocate Aurora Health.
