Target Audience

This course is intended for all physicians including generalists, neurologists, intensivists, radiologists, and pathologists, RN's, PA's, NP's, RTT's, and various other members of the health care team

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Discuss the prevalence and burden of migraines as well as the migraine pathophysiology
  2. Interpret how to accurately diagnose a migraine
  3. Recognize treatment barriers, gain insight into mechanism of action of new medications, and acknowledge the new treatment landscape
