Prepare-Enrich Certified Facilitator Training

Due to unfortunate circumstances, Prepare-Enrich Certified Facilitator Training has been canceled. This session will be rescheduled. 

The goal of the Prepare-Enrich program, which uses an on-line assessment and facilitator feedback, is to improve a couple’s relationship satisfaction. As a widely researched, evidence-based program, it is used worldwide, available in twelve languages, and with over 4,000,000 couples. The on-line assessment is customizable for every couple, considering their relationship stage (dating, cohabitating, engaged, or married), as well as their cultural context.

The workshop will equip you in fully utilizing all components of the program with couples, the assessment, feedback, and skill building. Following the training, you will help couples advance their awareness in following areas:

  • Ten core indicators assessing their relationship health
  • Personality profile
  • Communication patterns
  • Stress management
  • Family of origin dynamics
  • Improved relationship skills

Through this prevention-oriented program, couple’s benefit by further understanding their differences in the relationship, skills to strengthen communication and conflict resolution, gain resources to improve their growth areas, and discuss family of origin dynamics brought into the relationship.

The program training is valuable for anyone who works with couples and relationship dynamics, including: therapists, social workers, psychologist, professional counselors, clergy, lay leaders and relationship mentors.

Target Audience

This course is intended for MDs, LPCs, LMFTs, and LCSWs.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Administer and evaluate (or interpret) the on-line assessment.
  2. Communicate effectively to couple/family their relationship strengths and growth areas.
  3. Incorporate the couple’s workbook into feedback sessions and expand couple’s relationship skills.
  4. Structure feedback sessions.
  5. Increase confidence in your ability to serve couples and families, one on one, or in a group setting.
