NGNR Rewards Program Journal Club 2022: The Impact of Mindfulness on Stress and Burnout of New Graduate Nurses
This is an independent study for nurses enrolled in or that recently completed New Graduate Nurse Residency. Learners will read an article and complete a quiz which must be passed with 80% accuracy or higher to demonstrate learning and meet criteria for CE credit.
Desired learning outcome
Using a Likert scale, after participating in this event, learners will have an increase in knowledge of mindfulness to improve burnout in new graduates by passing a post-test with a minimum score of 80%.
