This presentation will discuss the definition, pathophysiology, risk factors, assessment strategies, and treatment strategies for chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment, otherwise known as 'chemo brain.'

  • Recognize the pathophysiology of chemotherapy-related cognitive impairment (CRCI)
  • Compare and contrast cognitive impairment evaluation strategies
  • Evaluate non-pharmacologic and pharmacologic CRCI management
  • Design an evidence-based care plan for patients experiencing CRCI​​
