Improving Health Literacy Awareness

This course is designed to help you identify the need for Health Literacy Awareness and to help you apply tools you already have to help patients understand and improve health outcomes. The interventions we discuss in the course are designed to be easily incorporated into your work and not add extra time to an appointment. The main point in Improving Health Literacy Awareness is that you can't easily tell who has high health literacy and who does not. It isn't a visual cue that you can use. These tools will help you and your team give better patient care with the result of higher patient compliance.

Target Audience

This course is designed for all physicians, clinicians and APC's.
