NEPD Journal Club - Donna Wright Competency Model Chapter 2 Elements of Competency Assessment

This Journal Club will explore different chapters of  Donna Wright's book, The Ultimate Guide to Competency Assessment in Health Care 4th Edition.  This Journal Club will provide leaders, educators/NPD practitioners and select frontline nurses the opportunity to increase knowledge of foundational information related to the Donna Wright competency model to aid in the implementation of the model throughout the system care units.

Desired learning outcome

Participants will demonstrate knowledge of Donna Wright's Competency Assessment Model by reading chapters in The Ultimate Guide to Competency Assessment in Health Care (4th Edition) and passing a post-test with a score of 80% or greater.
