Patient Experience Sim Lab for Providers 11/11/2022
The purpose of this interactive experience is to create positive patient experiences through communication skills, compassion and best practices within a safe learning environment.
Target Audience
This course is intended for AAH providers.
Learning Objectives
At the end of this session, learners should be able to:
- Demonstrate effective communication and personal interactions via use of: AIDET, Listen, Explain, Validate, Teach-Back method, Commit to Sit, Managing Up, Heart-Head-Heart communication methods, and integrate service recovery into applicable encounters.
- Demonstrate effective use of best practices, including but not limited to hand hygiene.
