Schwartz Center Rounds: The Great Rejuvenation; Destination Joy

The Schwartz Center Rounds are dedicated to strengthening the relationship between patients and their clinical caregivers and preserving the human connection in health care.  The annual feel-good session is designed to hear of the goodness that patients and caregivers have experienced during the year.  A rewarding session recognizing the support given and received from our colleagues, patients, and community of families.

Desired learning outcome

Using a Likert scale, after participating in this event, learners will have an increased knowledge in being able to recognize changes in culture and the healthcare environment that may impact them and their work.

Target Audience

This course is intended for Nursing.
