Rising from the Ashes: Rediscovering Our Purpose (Women in Medicine Symposium 2022)

This one day symposium will utilize both didactic lectures/presentations and discussion-based workshops to highlight common issues that women in healthcare face and provide tools to help overcome them. The program goal is to reconnect healthcare workers with Purpose, both on the job and outside of it to promote and enhance system based practices and improve DE&I within the workplace.

This conference is being held in-person.

Target Audience

This activity is designed for physicians and allied health care workers.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  • Utilize both intrinsic and extrinsic support to empower, support and promote themselves and other women to obtain personal and professional fulfillment
