Building rapport and exploring initial thoughts on wellness. Recognizing barriers to these types of discussions (e.g. confidentiality, presenters who are unrelatable, jargon, etc.). Introductory conversations related to stress response, sleep, and barriers to care.  Initial session for all personnel.  Attendance is highly encouraged.
