Medical Scribe Guidelines

Overview

This course is designed to assist practitioners in adhering to the guidelines for medical scribes in any health care setting.  

Target Audience

This course is intended for any Clinician utilizing a Scribe; anyone acting in the capacity of a Scribe.

Learning Objectives

At the end of this session, learners should be able to:

  1. Implement support of a Scribe into practice
  2. Determine required documentation for a scribed note 
  3. Define regulatory agency guidance
